American heavy metal band Skid Row is from Toms River New Jersey. The band formed in 1986 and the members consisted of lead singer, frontman Sebastian Bach, guitaristd Dave Sabo and Scotti Hill, bass player Rachel Bolan, and drummer Rob Affuso. By the end of 1996, the band sold 20 million albums globally.
